The Information Systems Information Technology (IS IT) Green Team will provide important data to University of Michigan departments to track their progress towards accomplishing green goals. The team is dedicated to providing materials for University purchasers to buy energy-efficient computing equipment. They will review existing marketing and procurement practices and come up with creative solutions to make green IT recommendations.

What we do

  • Identify how University systems can promote green IT equipment purchases
  • Use existing University systems and data to show University departments their level of “greenness”
